I love getting emails from agencies asking me to shoot their new faces, and when Tyne Tees asked me to shoot their new face Beth I jumped at the chance as I knew we could get some amazing shots to build up her portfolio.

Shooting with Beth means I got to work with one of my favourite make up artists too, Josephine Birkett who is one of the most nicest people who you will ever meet and her make up skills are unreal. Plus working with Josephine means I get to have a good catch up with her as well.

This shoot lasted a lot longer than intended as there was a lot of talking back and forth between us all which was fantastic as it was so relaxed and we all felt comfortable which is an amazing recipe for perfect shots especially when working with new models as it can be quite daunting for them.

We used a variety of lighting sets ups with my Bowens lights, experimenting with gels which is always fun as I love lots of colour in my shots.

Beth was a natural in front of the camera, she was constantly making subtle changes, offering up ideas and an absolute delight to work with, I would honestly recommend hiring her as she clearly knows what she is doing, friendly and has a great look.

Let me know what you think of the photos <3
